The TCP (Trinon Collegium Practicum) Implant Marathon is a 5-day live surgical course, focusing on implant training and advanced surgery. The TCP Implant Marathon is the longest-running live implant course in the world, with 21 years of dental continuing education experience.
Level 1 (implant placement course) doctors spend 5 days learning how to place implants, treatment plan patients and manage complications. 30 implants per doctor are guaranteed! The TCP Implant Marathon hands-on implant course will give you the confidence you need to start placing implants in your own office. Directly supervised by some of the best international surgeons, this practical implant course will provide you with unlimited learning potential.
TCP Implant Marathon advanced surgery levels will give you the opportunity to learn and perform sinus lifts, GBR and various advanced grafting techniques, all while learning how to manage surgical complications!

Implant Courses For General Dentists And Specialists
LEVEL 1 IMPLANT PLACEMENT
Level Guarantee: 30 Implants in 5 Days!
Working in teams of 2 doctors to 1 instructor, participants will be exposed to a wide variety of implant cases, placing 30 implants as the main surgeon and assisting 30 more.
Cases can range from simple to moderately-complex and can include the following:
- Single tooth replacement (anterior and posterior)
- Multiple implants (overdenture to full mouth)
- Extraction and immediate placement
- Management of thin ridges
- Basic bone grafting and PRP/PRF
- Treatment planning and management of complications
LEVEL 2 SINUS LIFT SURGERY
Level Guarantee: 7 Advanced Cases in 5 Days!
Advance in implantology by learning various sinus lift and grafting techniques, under supervision of oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Placement of 50+ implants OR completion of our Level 1 course required.
Cases may include but are not limited to the following:
- Lateral approach sinus lifts
- Crestal approach sinus lifts
- Piezo-Surgery
- Ridge/bone splitting

The following documents are required to obtain a temporary dental license from the local ministry of health or dental council. Documents are not due upon registration but must be submitted via email shortly after.

Depending on the location, the Implant Marathon may take place within a private dental university, or a dental clinic/institution. Local patients are evaluated and treatment planned by local surgeons at each location, and prepared for surgery by the university and clinic staff. Follow up care and restorative treatment is provided by the university/clinic or outside doctors that TCP has partnered with. We aim for each and every case to be fully restored!
Airfare is not included in the tuition. Each participant is expected to arrange their own flight, arriving on Saturday or Sunday before the course begins, and departing the following Saturday. Specific hotel and flight information, E-Visa requirements, will be included in the course confirmation email.

A: Choosing your course location depends on where you reside/practice. Most USA/Canadian/European doctors attend our Brazil or Dominican Republic location. Australian and Asia-Pacific doctors tend to attend sessions in Cambodia.
A: The course tuition of $14,950USD (Level 1) and $15,450USD (Level 2) includes a 7 night hotel stay with breakfast, transportation to/from the airport and daily transportation within the city. Lunches are provided at the university/clinic and dinners are individual. All course materials are provided and unlimited.
